Cyclope Print Management Software – major release coming soon

Since the end of 2008, when we released the latest version of our printer monitoring software we have been working on a major release of Cyclope Print Management Software. As usual, the feedback we have received from our customers, evaluators and partners has played an important role in our development plan.

Now, we are glad to announce everybody that the new release is very close. We are currently performing the last tests so that the version 4.0 of Cyclope Print Management Software to be launched this week.

Why It’s Necessary to Monitor Your Company’s Printers

The bad news for anyone who owns a business is that your employees may be reducing their own spending at a cost to you. Many of them avoid spending money at home by utilizing the resources of the businesses where they work. This means that they’re using your money to do their personal activities. A very common example of this is the use of business printers for personal printing. If you want to make sure that your own profits aren’t going directly into the savings accounts of your employees then you might want to start implementing printer monitoring practices in your office.

The problem right now is that a lot of employees are willing to take the risk on printing in the office.
