. At the end of the first quarter of 2009 we were announcing the Cyclope-Series entrance on the Russian, Czech, Croatian and Polish market.
Starting with the second quarter, important companies from Singapore, Israel, Switzerland and Macedonia have decided to join our partners’ network. Opto Technica, CONTIGON Technologies, Anylogix Software and Bransys Dooel are the companies that will handle customers from these countries and will provide them all the necessary assistance in evaluating our employee productivity tool – Cyclope Employee Surveillance Solution.

Due to the increased demand from the Hungarian market for our productivity tool, we have decided to also translate Cyclope in Hungarian. The Hungarian UI is available starting from version 4.1 that we have just released yesterday.
Moreover, we have uploaded an online demo that presents the most important statistics using the Hungarian interface. The online demo can be accessed at demo-hu.cyclope-series.com.

We are preparing a new version of our leading product Cyclope Employee Monitoring Solution, the well known productivity tool. We have been working hard in the last 2 months and the result is spectacular.
Version 4.1 comes with improved user interface and better internationalization (for Russian and Hungarian markets). I’m not going to present the complete list of improvements as we will officially launch the new version next week. For now, take a look below to several screen shots of the UI. Enjoy!

Many of our customers have requested a new feature for Cyclope which should allow them to define specific rules regarding the employees’ work schedule, idle time, internet activity and chat conversation. Consequently, the new version of Cyclope 3.9.2 comes to help managers and system administrators better monitor their employees and reduce the abuse and malpractice in their company. Through the new Cyclope we aim to provide solutions for decreasing web browsing for personal use, chat conversations and idle time.
The new feature of Cyclope 3.9.2 – the Rules&Alerts module – enables the manager to create rules for each employee or department and to monitor what rules have been broken, who broke them and the extent of the abuse. In the Statistics section, the alerts are activated only if the employee activity does not comply with the specified rules settings. Thus, the manager can easily find out if the maximum time accepted for web browsing or for chat conversations has been exceeded and by who.
