For an easy analyze you have the possibility to print the report, or to export them on an Excel file on your PC. The application allows you to choose a specified period to show you the statistics.
If you want to create rules for an employee related to the maximum time spent in an application, Cyclope Employee gives you the possibility to do it. When the rule is broken the system will display the data of the employee in the Alert report window.
If you want to see the statistics of a specific user, you simply select the user and a new window with the required information will be open.
To easy compare users you can sort them ascending/descending according to their activity (total time, active time, idle time, online or activity). For example take a look at the screenshot below:
In this report, the users are shown in descending order according to their activity (starting from the one with the highest activity percentage to the one with the lowest one) like you can see in the right column named “Activity”.
